The Bedford Devil

Director & Writer

I co-wrote The Bedford Devil with Kitefliers Studios Head Honcho, Neil Gobioff. As the director, I oversaw the entire production process, from storyboarding and collaborating with the cinematographer to finding locations and working on the shooting schedule. On a $35,000 budget, we filmed Bedford in two weeks. Then, I oversaw post-production, working directly with the editor, sound designer and mixer. I even helped make the DVDs.

The Bedford Devil premiered at The Gasparilla Film Festival before appearing at other festivals nationally and winning a Telly award.

Not only did Bedford establish Kitefliers as a film company, but Kitefliers proved to make a film with a cast and crew almost entirely based in the Tampa area.
